step-by-step, explaining all documents along the way. Contracts require a $500
deposit.
3. Arrange Financing:
Use one of our preferred lenders and have your closing costs paid!
Our lenders are all local and offer wonderful service and competitive rates. We require a 5% deposit within 21 days of contract. No other monies are due until closing.
4. Custom Selections: Enjoy choosing the interior and exterior selections for your
home. Meet with our knowledgeable staff for a color appointment and then again to review the plan and construction drawings.
5. Begin Construction: Sit back and enjoy watching your home come to life! Our
skilled superintendents and contractors will use your customized selections to create the home of your dreams.
6. Closing & Warranties: Prior to closing, we’ll conduct a walk thru to orient you
with the new home. Your happiness is also important to us after you move in so
we provide a 2-10 warranty with all of homes to ensure your satisfaction.
